Openclaims and Anac extend cooperation
Openclaims and Anac are extending their partnership to further digitalize car claims processes and optimize customer journeys. Anac, specialized in providing back office services to dealer companies and intermediaries, has been using the Openclaims SaaS platform since 2019 with the aim of efficiently organizing customer journeys and back office processes.

The Openclaims platform offers Anac the opportunity to make the digital reporting of a claim for insured parties as predictable and transparent as possible. The Openclaims integration module connects the back office to existing systems and acts as a gateway to the repair and claims management ecosystem. In this way, all damage reports can be started from one central place and policyholders automatically end up in the correct recovery process of an insurer.
