Welcome to our brand new series: Meet the Openclaims team. Each month, we share a personal snapshot of one of our team members—the people behind the platform. From product to customer success, this series gives you a chance to get to know the talent shaping Openclaims. This month, we’re kicking things off with our Product Manager, Euclid Haralambidis.

What is your role at Openclaims?
I shape the product vision and roadmap by translating business needs into intuitive, scalable solutions. Day to day, that means working with stakeholders, aligning with different teams, and helping turn ideas into features that make a difference.

How long have you been working at Openclaims?
About 6 years now. It has been an exciting journey filled with challenges, growth, and plenty of rewarding moments along the way.

What’s something you’ve worked on that you’re proud of?
That’s a difficult question! I’m proud of many things we’ve created at Openclaims over the years. But if I had to name one, I’d say being closely involved in the development of Repair Manager from the very beginning. It has been especially rewarding—both in terms of its impact and the complexity we’ve tackled throughout the process.

What motivates you most in your work?
Definitely seeing our ideas, features, and solutions come to life—and knowing that they’re actually making a difference. Helping our customers work more efficiently, with less hassle, is amazing to see and makes the work feel meaningful.

What’s your favourite thing about working at Openclaims?
It’s the people. We have a fun, driven, and collaborative team where everyone contributes. I also really value the trust and responsibility I’ve been given, along with the fast pace that keeps things exciting and constantly pushes me to learn and grow.

What’s your go-to song when you need to focus?
That changes all the time! It really depends on the day, the mood, or the task I’m working on—sometimes instrumental, sometimes electronic, sometimes silence.

What are random topics you could talk about for hours? What are your interests outside of work?
Science fiction, theoretical physics, and hardware are at the top of the list. I enjoy building PCs, reading sci-fi, and exploring complex ideas—especially when it comes to physics and technology.
