How does the solution cooperate with stakeholders such as body shops or experts?

(External) Stakeholders can work with the Claims Manager solution in multiple ways. First of all, they can access the Openclaims platform via their own stakeholder environment and perform actions. Secondly, they can integrate our platform directly into their back-office or CRM system using one of our standard APIs.

How can my customers access the FNOL?

However you like. Our FNOL is a web-based application that doesn't require a download. This means your customers can access the FNOL via their desktop, laptop, phone, tablet, and so on. 

How does Claims Manager communicate with my customers or other process stakeholders?

Our solution mainly utilizes standard communication that is triggered by a claim reaching a certain status or phase in the claims process. These touchpoints can be fully customized and our platform allows for you to write, change and delete the content (text/images/track-and-trace-statuses) that is sent on your behalf.

Can we match the Claims Manager interface to our brand?

Yes. All of our customer-facing pages, such as the FNOL, touchpoints and track-and-trace-environment, can be setup in your look-and-feel (logo, colors, font, etc).
